Family stay with room for improvement

We had a pleasant experience overall. The staff really went the extra mile, helping us order a late-night pizza and even treating our kids as if they were royalty. Which counts for a lot in my book.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the price felt acceptable for what we got.

Conveniently located near the airport, with excellent public transport access to the city center in under 20 minutes. The family suite was spacious, clean, and included a microwave and fridge, making it easy for us. Breakfast had a great variety, including tropical fruits, though a bit pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with free transport tickets. However, late-night food options were limited, and room decor could use some updating.

The room was spacious enough, with a nice curtain divider for the kids' side. We also got a free Geneva travel card which was a lifesaver for moving around the city.

Had a great time with friends! The breakfast spread was awesome, with tons of fresh fruits and pancakes. Shopping was super convenient across the street, and we could easily explore the city from there. The rooms were spacious, perfect for our group, and everything was clean.

The only downside was that the windows in the room couldn't be opened, which made it a bit stuffy at times during our stay.

We had an amazing two-night stay in a Family Suite where the kids loved the play area and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice. There’s a cozy lounge where we could relax and unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was the unconventional room design, but it didn’t ruin our overall fun experience! 😊

The hotel was beautifully decorated with accessible areas, making it easy for me to navigate comfortably. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring I felt at home during my stay while enjoying the lovely atmosphere.

More variety in breakfast options would be appreciated.

We loved the free travel card they provided! It made exploring Geneva a breeze. The room was big and clean, but I wish there were more charging points. Overall, a solid stay! 😊

Comfortable Family Stay Near the Airport

We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep in the Superior Suite, complete with a microwave and fridge. The great location allowed us to easily catch the number 10 bus to the airport and city center. Don’t miss the excellent breakfast offering, it made our stay even better!

staying at novotel was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the airport. there’s a great food court and shopping mall around the corner. our superior suite was clean and had everything we needed. breakfast was perfect, and the staff were super helpful. the garden area was lovely for relaxation too!
